Agenda :
- Discussion on the readiness and acceleration of work related to the GICC Launching Ceremony, including finalization of design and production needs
- Coordination on the completion of all printed materials according to specifications, such as business cards, paper bags, envelopes, letterheads, ID card holders, and leaflets
- Discussion on technical execution, including MC arrangement, stage layout, backdrop usage, and visual options (LED screen or projector)
- Preparation of the event rundown with the possibility of no MoU and PKS signing during the ceremony
- Acceleration of invitation card design and coordination for distribution after approval
