• Finalization of GICC Seminar preparation, including event rundown, opening session arrangement, and addition of documentation session
• Coordination of technical aspects of the seminar, including catering arrangement, main language, interpretation support, and readiness of presentation materials
• Assignment of roles in the event, including MC, talkshow moderator, and support from the Event Organizer
• Discussion on additional speaker inclusion and adjustment of the rundown, including an extra session on SME carbonisation
• Presentation of ASEIC program plans in Indonesia for 2026 as an opportunity for collaboration with relevant stakeholders
